My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The fantastic location near major spots like SOHO and Little Italy with easy access to subway stops was a definite plus. The room, although with a view of the Chrysler Building, was in the basement with minimal natural light and cleanliness issues. The service was generally friendly but lacking in some aspects.
